Your donations of toys from our wish list, in kind supplies, or monetary funds keep playrooms supplied and help make special celebrations possible. This helps us to normalize the environment and enhance the healing experience for our patients.

Thank you for your support of our patients and families during the holiday season Please visit our 2025 Holidays from the Heart page (2025 Holidays From The Heart at Children's Hospital at Montefiore Einstein - JustGiving) to make a monetary donation or purchase gifts for pediatric patients admitted to the hospital during the holidays. We are in need of gifts for patients of all ages, especially infants and adolescents. For the safety of our patients and staff, we prefer gifts mailed to us via our wish list, linked on Holidays from the Heart. Please include your name and address so we can thank you for your generosity.
Please email Hilary Woodward (hwoodward@montefiore.org) with any questions. We wish you a peaceful and joyous holiday season.
Other Ways To Contribute
We greatly appreciate the generosity of individuals and community groups. If you would like to make a specific donation, please include the name of the fund in the comment section. These include:
Book Fund
We are always in need of books to replenish the supply we give out to patients. We can accept new books as well as monetary donations for buying books.
Playroom Program Fund
Play is an important part of every child's life; it's essential to their growth and development. Play is also a tool for learning and can promote healing and a sense of mastery and coping during challenging life events. To promote more opportunities for play we have created a playroom assistant program hiring young adults from the community interested in pediatric healthcare. They provide play opportunities for our patients while we mentor them on a path toward a healthcare career.
General Fund
This fund is used to support all program needs, including the purchase of toys and supplies.
