Personal Biography
Saadat Shariff, MD, is Director of Endovascular Interventions at Montefiore and Assistant Professor of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Shariff received her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She then completed her residency in general surgery and her fellowship in vascular surgery at Montefiore-Einstein. She is board certified in vascular surgery.
Dr. Shariff has authored or co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in all areas of vascular surgery and has spoken at regional, national and international symposia. She has particular interest and extensive clinical experience in complex open and endovascular interventions of the carotid artery, thoracic and abdominal aorta and peripheral vascular system. Dr. Shariff also has robust clinical experience and expertise in hemodialysis access.
