THE CHAM DESIGNATION

To support CHAM’s efforts toward the goal of maintaining quality multifamily housing and developing professional asset management skills, it has developed a Program of Study which currently consists of 6 courses, the completion of which leads toward the Certified Housing Asset manager (CHAM®) designation.

Program of Study

Designations will be awarded to individuals who successfully complete the required coursework and submit their final CHAM designation project. Candidates are encouraged to take these courses in the following order.

AM 121 - Nuts and Bolts of Asset Management for Asset Managers (3 days)
